Language schools & internship options
Although many schools offer the possibility to do a combination of a Spanish course plus an internship in a Spanish company, the schools don´t always have the resources to offer an internship that suits your profile, or if they do the options are generally more expensive. Still, there are some good options, and if you want to check the possibilities and prices, please contact us.

The Internship programme
The purpose of the internship programme is to provide the participant with an opportunity to use Spanish in an actual professional setting and to receive job training in a specific field. The purpose is not to obtain employment. Placement will be based on a language ability, work experience, and skills.
We like to pass our enthusiasm on and would therefore like to offer you a tailor-made internship. It is important to us that you can choose when, where and in which field of work you would like to complete an internship. We then take your requests and documents and begin the search for you. We require an organisation time of approx. 8-12 weeks.
Included services are: recommendations before your trip; help with editing and improving your documents (CV and motivation letter); Spanish level test*; local support, advice and coordination of the internship; help with contracting a travel insurance; 24 hour emergency telephone; certificate of the internship.
*You should take into consideration that to begin your internship in Spain you need at least an intermediate level of Spanish: this will be tested by our partner organization. Might your level not be sufficient, you can always start your internship period with a(n) (intensive) Spanish course on location. Starting date: Any Monday
Duration: from 4 weeks, up to 52 weeks
Language skills: You need at least intermediate knowledge of the language spoken in your host country.
Minimum age: 18 years
Visa/Nationalities: The following countries can complete an internship in Spain without a visa (some of these countries have a 90 day limit): Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States of America, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, México, Monaco, Nicaragua, Norway, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Czech Republic, Republic of Korea, Romania, San Marino, Vatican City, Singapore, Switzerland, Uruguay, Venezuela, the Chinese regions of Hong Kong and Macao as well as all countries in the European Union.
When to enrol: At least 2-3 months before the scheduled start of the internship.
Insurance: Before starting your internship we need proof of your health insurance, personal/public liability insurance and your accident insurance |
