Most language courses are for students who are at least 18 years old (in some exceptional cases 16), but:
• What if your children want to learn a new language combined with many other activities?
The answers to these questions are given by the international summer camps organised by several language institutes for kids and teenagers between 5 and 18 years old.
At these camps your children can take part in Spanish courses in the mornings (some camps also offer English courses) and during the afternoons they will have fun during sports activities (e.g. tennis, horseback riding, golf or swimming), art projects, cultural or music workshops, or on historical and cultural excursions. Moreover, your children will learn Spanish together with Spanish children, who participate in the summer camps taking English lessons, and they will learn to interact and make new friends from all over the world.
The camps are situated in private school facilities and your children will be supervised 24 hours a day (with some exceptions). In the case you decide that your whole family will be spending their holidays in Spain, your children can also return to their families in the evenings after an exciting day at the camp.
The Junior Programme is for students who are between 14 and 18 years old. In contrast to the summer camps they are for international students only and they are not held on an all-in-one campus, so the students eat and sleep in a different place than where the language school is located and they are not supervised 24 hours a day.
