In order to get an idea of the price you simply fill in the booking form in accordance with your wishes and see what the outcome is. As long as you do not send this form you can consider this outcome as an indication of the price.

1. Should you decide to make a definite booking, then send the completed booking form (press the button ‘send’).

2. Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) you will receive a confirmation of the application by email.

3. We will take up this application and subsequently have to wait for a confirmation from the school of your choice. This of course has to do with the fact that some of the courses may be fully booked, or, if there are too little students for a course, these may sometimes be cancelled. Should the course or the accommodation of your choice not be available, then of course we will instead of sending a confirmation, send you suggestions for alternative courses or accommodation.

4. Within 2 working days you will receive a confirmation of your booking by email.  Through a link that we will send to you together with this confirmation,  we offer the possibility to take out a travel and/or cancellation insurance with our Insurance partner, Caremed.

5. As soon as the booking and the confirmation are in order and definitely settled, then an initial payment of 10% will have to be made. This initial payment serves as a confirmation with which we guarantee your enrolment and/or place in the school, course, accommodation and any extras of your choice.

6. The outstanding amount of the course shall have to be paid not later than 4 weeks before the commencement of your course. If for any reason you do a late booking and your course starts within 4 weeks, then the total amount shall have to be transferred to our account at your earliest convenience (see below).

7. Should you book a transfer, then please bear in mind to let us know at least one week before your arrival, your arrival time.

As soon as you receive the confirmation of your booking from us , then an initial payment of 10% shall have to be made (see above). This initial payment serves as a confirmation and guarantee of your enrolment with and inclusion in the course,  school, accommodation and any extras of your choice.
